Refund policy

All of our clients orders are carefully packed before sending it out. If in any event you need to return the package we guarantee to make it easy and fast as possible.  

If you received a wrong item we will send you the right product and provide you a return shipping label. For the incomplete or missing item please give us 24-48hrs to send out the missing product. 

For Damaged orders please make sure to save all contents, including packaging. Then take picture and send it to orders.zaheart@gmail.com within 24-48 hrs of receiving it. So we can also file a complain and couriers USPS, FEDEX and UPS can investigate.  

And for any other reasons you may have please make sure that products are sellable. Please be considerate and do not return any product that is opened and used. In this event customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If you are local feel free to drop it off in our shop - 2525 Santa Fe Ave Long Beach CA 90810. But refund will be transferred in the same manner you purchase the product.
