We do process orders Monday to Friday our cut off time is 12pm PST. Orders made after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.
If in any circumstances there will be delay on your order we will be contacting you within 24hrs.
If you decided to make changes or cancel your order please send us email (orders.zaheart@gmail.com) or text (310) 918-8553 the soonest possible.
Terms of Acceptance of Goods
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Upon delivery we expect you to inspect the items received right away! And if in any way you received an incomplete , unsealed parcel report it to us right away. If complain was made and we have not been notified of any defect or error within 24-48hrs PST after delivery of the items, recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights there to. In case of charge backs or a refund by the buyer, recipient agrees to return the items received in their original state and packaging to us. In the event that this cannot be done, recipient will pay for the damaged merchandise in full. Recipient will pay in US dollars unless otherwise specified on the delivery receipt. A penalty of 10% per month will apply on unpaid/unreturned merchandise and overdue accounts, plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees.
